When you book a demo, email or call us, or use the voice demo on this site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business type, and anything you choose to tell us. We only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our service.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, set up and support your AI receptionist, send you service-related messages you have consented to, and improve this website.
3. Consent
By booking a demo, contacting us, or starting a voice demo, you consent to us collecting and using your information for these purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. Demo bookings are handled through Google Calendar, and voice demo calls on this site are processed by a third-party voice AI provider. Other service providers that help us run the business may process information on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Inquiry records are kept for up to two years.
6. How we protect it
This website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to personal information is restricted to people who need it to do their work.
7. Your rights under PIPA
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
8. Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. The voice demo widget is loaded from a third-party voice AI provider only to run the demo call.
